Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She is most famous for her role as Anna Garner, the main character in The Girl Experience. Brenda Woodberg, her first movie role, was in Babysitters. Krause, who studied drama at college, has starred in numerous off-Broadway productions and New York network television series. The family of her father comes from an ethnic background of Japanese descent and her mother comes from the United States. Her older brother Nathaniel is a director.
