Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. Her career was successful as an actress in television. Her first appearance was on the morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx New York) is an American performer and actress. Navedo started her professional acting career in daytime dramas. In 1995 through 1997, Navedo starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in the part as Linda Soto. In 1999 she joined in the ensemble of CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her debut film was in the role of Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was a part of Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was a regular character in the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Later, he starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many different films, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo made an appearance in How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 until 2013 and also. Superfast!, a comedy film that she played. The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 as a satire of the Fast and the Furious series of movies. Navedo started her career as an actor in soap operas that aired during the daytime.
